HR Manager
Job Description
As the HR Manager at AVIT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our employees are engaged, supported, and aligned with our company’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Training and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support career growth and succession planning.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Employee Engagement: Create and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR records, track key HR metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree and HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of [X years] years of relevant experience.
