Business Development Associate
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team at AVIT. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and supporting the Business Development Manager in driving revenue growth.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
- Help to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Help to track and report on sales performance and pipeline
- Meet or exceed a monthly sales targets of [$5,000]
- Help to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- 1+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
