Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive Python training modules and courses tailored to the needs of our audience.
- Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive Python training sessions, workshops, or webinars, either in person or virtually.
- Assessment: Evaluate the progress of participants through assignments, quizzes, and tests to measure their understanding and skill development.
- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to participants and continuously improve training materials based on feedback and industry trends.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies to ensure that training content remains relevant.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and participant performance.
- Support: Offer guidance and support to participants outside of training sessions, answering questions and providing additional resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Python developer with a strong understanding of Python programming concepts.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in Python or related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to the learning styles and needs of diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Python Certification) is a plus.
