Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Sales Executive at AVIT, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue generation. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services as solutions. Your goal is to build strong client relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations, both in person and virtually, to showcase our products/services and their benefits.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ needs and requirements and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  6. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities.
  7. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make informed sales strategies.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager or leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Persuasive and influential sales abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
