Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for education and technology to drive the adoption of our state-of-the-art courses, targeting students from 12th grade through to working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and course enrollments.
  2. Tailor marketing messages to our diverse target audience: 12th grade students, graduates, and working professionals.
  3. Collaborate with content and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continually refine our marketing approach.
  5. Utilize digital channels, social media platforms, and offline events to drive lead generation and conversions.
  6. Engage with educational institutions, corporates, and industry influencers to expand outreach.
  7. Oversee the marketing budget and ensure a high ROI on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the EdTech sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Data Science, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Full Stack Development domains.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
