Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for education and technology to drive the adoption of our state-of-the-art courses, targeting students from 12th grade through to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and course enrollments.
- Tailor marketing messages to our diverse target audience: 12th grade students, graduates, and working professionals.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continually refine our marketing approach.
- Utilize digital channels, social media platforms, and offline events to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Engage with educational institutions, corporates, and industry influencers to expand outreach.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure a high ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Data Science, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Full Stack Development domains.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
