Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cloud Automation Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on cloud automation tools, techniques, and best practices. This role is ideal for experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to teach the principles of automating cloud infrastructure, including configuration management, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC). As a freelance trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging courses that equip students with the skills needed to automate cloud environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Design and develop detailed training programs on cloud automation tailored for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Topics include Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Content Creation: Create up-to-date instructional materials such as presentations, hands-on labs, real-world projects, and interactive exercises that focus on automation within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions both online and in-person, focusing on key areas such as automating deployments, managing infrastructure, and implementing DevOps best practices in the cloud.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, practical assignments, and automation projects. Provide constructive feedback to help students refine their skills in automating cloud environments.
- Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, assisting them with troubleshooting automation scripts, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and implementing IaC principles in cloud setups.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud automation tools, trends, and industry best practices. Regularly update the training curriculum to incorporate new automation technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
For Experienced Professionals:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cloud automation, with hands-on experience using tools like Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM templates, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience in training or mentoring, particularly in cloud automation or DevOps, is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in automation practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation strategies. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex automation concepts and techniques.
For Freshers:
- Education: A degree or certification in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, DevOps, or related fields with a focus on cloud automation and infrastructure management.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cloud automation tools and techniques gained through coursework, projects, or internships. Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins is a plus.
