Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious HR intern to join our team at AVIT. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, and learn from experienced HR professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help to maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Help to prepare and maintain employee files and records
  • Assist with the administration of benefits and other HR programs
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Help to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor student progress and provide guidance to ensure academic success
  • Assist students with understanding and navigating institutional policies and procedures
  • Provide support and resources to at-risk students
  • Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and external organizations to promote student success
  • Participate in departmental and institutional meetings and events
  • Keep accurate records and generate reports on student progress and counseling activities
  • Provide support and resources to students with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Requirements
